Goals and Strategies

The goals answer the question: "How are we going to do this?" We aim to set SMART goals, which keep us moving forward in ministry and break down the larger vision and mission statements into specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound targets. The strategies visualize how each goal will be accomplished. This is where each individual in the team is assigned his role and starts running or blocking with purpose.

These are prayerful statements of faith regarding what we believe or envision possible in the timeframes given. We are ever mindful that as we make plans and set goals, and then develop strategies to accomplish those goals, God is the One, who directs our steps (cf. Pro. 16:9). "He holds the eraser," as one missionary put it. We submit it all to His better understanding and higher thoughts (cf. Isa. 55:9).
